Rob has a proven track record in designing and deploying back office solutions that enable business continuity and efficiency for a remote workforce. Prior to joining Serrala, Rob worked as a senior solution architect for a Fortune 500 company and was responsible for the design and deployment of business processes and technology for the shared services organization. In this position, Rob transitioned back-office processes to remote shared service centers with 100% digitization and full visibility of transactions and key performance metrics. Rob holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toledo.
